Refund policy
We accept returns for any orders which are damaged in the post. If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@peanutandpickle.co.uk.
We will not accept any returns if the packaging has been opened or the product used. Any breakages must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence to report to the courier for a refund to be issued. All tags and labels must remain on the item for return. We’re open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
If you decide you do not want your parcel whilst your parcel is in transit, UPS charges £10 for item returns and this will be deducted off any refunds where we have organised the return. If a Return is processed the original shipping cost will be removed from the order as this part of the service has been completed and is non refundable.
Once your parcel is delivered, you will be required to return the parcel to us for a refund. Peanut & Pickle do not cover cost of return.
Refund's for payments is made via BACS and can take up to 14 working days to complete. If payment is not received within 14 working days please contact hello@peanutandpickle.co.uk and the team will be able to assist you.
