Accidentally ordered perfume instead of dry shampoo. Teeny tiny bottle turned up in a huge box. That's the point I realised I'd ordered the wrong thing, though I'm sure the picture on the button I pressed was for the shampoo, it serves me right for not double and triple checking what the order confirmation said. I can return the item, at my cost, for a refund, but at more than £5 just to return it, it's not worth my time for what I'd get back. So it's going in the bin. My dogs don't need perfume. Obviously I won't be ordering again.
