Thank you for choosing our Seminar Sunday event as your first grooming seminar! We’d delighted our event in Edinburgh provided the 5-Star experience that our team and speakers worked so hard to deliver. We appreciate that everyone is at a different stage in their grooming journey, and may also offer different styles of grooming within their own grooming. Our hope for our seminars is to both expand on your current knowledge, and provide you with valuable ideas and skills that you can incorporate into your grooms. We appreciate that groomers may be looking for different areas to expand their knowledge on, which is why we provide the types of grooms that will be demonstrated within the information so that you can decide which event/s will be beneficial for you personally.

We’re sorry to hear that there were some aspects of our Seminar Sunday event in Edinburgh that didn’t quite achieve the 5-Star experience we hoped to deliver for you.

The AV provisions change from venue to venue, so aren’t always within our control, and sadly the view from the glasses couldn’t be livestreamed onto the screen. The seats for our seminars are run on a first-come, first-served basis to try and make it as fair as we can for the view you get, and we screened a closer view on a projector to try and help everyone be able to see the grooms in closer detail.

For lunch, the company providing the catering ran the lunch as a buffet, rather than pre-portioning each item. Our staff at the event went last for food and there were still pies left, however we will certainly take your comments regarding the lunch into consideration for the next event as we want to make sure that everyone is satisfied with the food provided!
